a) Quality Team:
It is the body entrusted with the implementation of total quality in the school. In forming the team, the following is taken into account:
· The number of team members ranges between 5-7 members.
Team members are selected from active and creative employees.
Team members meet regularly.
Each member has one vote, including the chairperson.
The team is headed by the educational leader of the school, and he must be characterized by the following:
1. Enthusiasm (work – maintaining team direction – initiative)
2. The ability to communicate.
3. The ability to organize.
4. The ability to work with others.
6. To have a co-administrative style.
b) Quality rings:
A method of organization aimed at developing and solving school problems through discussion with a volunteer group of workers headed by the educational leader of the school.
c) Quality tools:
n Tools to help solve problems.
n Tools to help collect, analyze and interpret data.
n Tools that help develop and improve the service to ensure the beneficiary’s satisfaction or happiness.
c) Quality Control:
Include the necessary efforts to achieve quality and maintain a high quality of services provided. In the sense that it is the efforts made to ensure the integrity of the service, which is what is measured according to certain specifications and determinants.
d) Institutional accreditation:
Accreditation of the institution as a whole according to specific criteria on the adequacy of facilities and resources, including the institution’s staff, provision of academic and student support services, curricula, student achievement levels, the academic staff, and other components of the educational institution.
e) External Beneficiary:
He is the recipient of the educational service other than the school staff. whether he is the first beneficiary; He is the student’s guardian, or the second beneficiary; It represents universities, institutes, government and private sectors.
f) Internal beneficiary:
They are the school staff of administrators, teachers and workers. They are service recipients according to the so-called quality chains. Every employee in the school works to complete his work according to quality standards, so that his output is a service provided (or input) to another employee. And so the chain continues until the service reaches the external beneficiary.
